Patrick Matta is a SwiftShift coaching and consultancy faculty member with 28 years of experience at several fortune 500 organizations in multiple industries, where he gained extensive cross cultural managerial and Leadership experience, securing several awards for managing, mentoring, coaching and leading multinational teams and projects.
He participated as a speaker in several local and international events. He holds an MBA from the University of Leicester, a Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership from the UK Chartered Management Institute, IAPC&M accreditation as a Senior coach and a certified trainer for more than 20 years.
