I’m a UK Coaching Diploma Holder, Success & Confidence Coach NLP Practitioner (INLPTA-USA) and an Internationally Accredited Trainer (CPD). My experience is diverse as I spent 14 years in the corporate world, 8 years of which I was holding a senior management position in a multinational pharmaceutical company (AstraZeneca) where I used to manage and coach different teams to grow, boost their performance and achieve their targets.
As I was taking tasks in training employees alongside leading them, I decided that this passion should turn into my purpose and hence I decided to quit my full-time corporate job and focus on building my coaching & training career! And this is what I’ve been doing for the past 16 months; Supporting clients from different countries and coaching them to achieve their life and career goals, Delivering trainings at corporate, NGOs and schools on different soft skills topics in addition to my current management consultancy role at a local NGO in Lebanon
