As the founder and CEO of RA CoachSulting, a coaching and consulting company, Roger is vested into identifying his clients’ needs and providing them with tailored coaching and consulting services.
As a coach, Roger provides positive and reliable support to his clients and helps them live their best life, by filling the gap between where they are now, and where
they want to be.
He also loves sharing true and honest advice based on personal experience, helping others grow on a personal, emotional and business level, and reaching their highest goals and dreams.
Moreover, Roger is the President and Founder of OnCloudQa, a local NGO that aims at empowering women and vulnerable groups and making life better for
residents of his home town and its surroundings.

Lebanese Gymnastics Federation, current CEO of RA CoachSulting and President of OnCloudQa, Roger distinguished himself for his ability to assign tasks and workloads and foster collaboration among different sections.
